My name is Karl Richter. I run an Instructional Media Design business called Speakeasy Designs. I’ve been doing contract instructional design work since 2002.
I’m a graduate of the campus version of the SDSU EDTEC program, am a former ESL teacher, and part-time blogaholic.
I’ve launched over a dozen different blogs and nearly as many wikis. My blog, Speakeasy, is available at my website, speakeasydesigns.com.
I’ve co-taught several classes on podcasting, blogging, and wikis for the EDTEC department. This is the first course I’ve taught online. Please help me as I learn more about your needs as an online learner.
You can email me at karlrichter at gmail.com
Occasionally I log on to Skype under the name karl.richter
Let me know if you’d like to chat with me online. My AIM name is IMLAIM.
A little about me? I’m the proud owner of 6 bicycles, 3 computers, make that 4 computers and 1 Nintendo Wii. I lived in Australia, Korea, and Taiwan for nearly 6 years. I speak Korean and Mandarin Chinese about as well as Tarzaan might, and am working for SDSU’s Language Acquisition Resource Center this summer.

Karl;
Is there something I should know about editing pages? I find the Edit Page button on most paf=ges in Wikispaces but it doesn’t always work.
Thanks.

Karl;
I can no edit my personal pade. I believe the problem may be lag time between save and server update. Just a guess. I did have to create a new personal author page this morning.

Karl,
When reviewing our assignments I had a little trouble keeping #1 and # 2 straight. Maybe those could be categories for the blog as well? i.e. Assignment1, Assignment2
That would give us an easy way to see all of them grouped together.
Thanks,
Mike
